Went to see what I could find on the picture, and over here they’re saying there are claims that the clock is broken….but there are also claims that it “always says 1:15,” which are false if you just search for pictures of the Smithsonian building.

This is all so idiotic. The proper response to these people is “(yawn)…click”.
Always has been, IMO.
